How I use your information

Software Logic is run by Liam in New Zealand. This notice explains what happens when you request the free guide, use the automation calculator or ask for help with a workflow.

What I collect

When you request the guide, I save your work email, first name and a browser session so you can return to it. After you receive the guide, you can optionally share a mobile number, business name, NZBN, areas you may want help with and details about a task. If you use the automation calculator, I also save the answers and calculated estimate associated with your session.

Why I keep it

I use the information to provide the guide, remember your request, understand any optional context you choose to submit and respond if you ask for help. Requesting the guide does not subscribe you to a marketing list. If guide email delivery is configured, your email is sent to the email provider only to deliver the guide link.

Ad and referral information

If present, I may store the landing page, referrer, UTM campaign fields and Facebook click ID so I can understand where enquiries came from. The site does not currently load Meta Pixel or Google Analytics.

Access, correction and deletion

Email liam@softwarelogic.co.nz to ask what information I hold about you, to correct it or to request deletion.
